all-talking Vitaplione musical comedy produced by Warner Bros., to-night ■Hand Thursday. One of the contestants ih this comedy battle is Joe E. Brown, the famous comedian who has risen to new heights with the advent

of flie talking picture, and the bout takes its place as the laughing highspot of this entertaining film. This ludicrous encounter is one of the preliminaries to a main event- which shows Georges Carpentier, noted French boxer aii erstwhile opponent of Jack Dempsey, striving to wrest new laurels from the heavy-weight champion of the world, in a contest which is filled with thrills and excitement. In addition to Carpentier and Brown, the cast of “Hold Evei ything” includes Winnie Lightner, Sally O’Neil, Dorothy Revier, Edmund Breese, Bert Roach and Marion Byron. Roy Eel Ruth directed.
