Parry for Coulls, Somerville and Wilkie. also iiidgment creditors of Pimental; and Mr E, H. Hadfield for the Socony Pty., Ltd. Tt was stated hv Mr Treadwell that there were no eases in C.T.F. in wliich such term, “shipment goods to constitute 'delivery.” appeared. His Honor reserved, his decision.
