The Directors of the City Real Estate Agents, Arthur Rickard and Cov.. Ltd., decided to recommend the. shareholders to place the firm in liquidation.
The firm and the subsidiary concerns have nearly half a million sterling outstanding in balance on land sold. The depression severely hit many purchasers, who , have been given extended credit, vand that firm found difficulty in financing operations. The creditors are all secured and the assets are estimated to exceed liabilities by over £600,000,
