WESTLAND COUNTY COUNCIL.
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 18th. NOTICES OF MOTION. 1. The Chairman to move;—“That the accounts presented for the month of October, 1930,, as, revised and recommended fpr payment by the Finance Committee, amounting to £ be passed for payment.” 2. The Chairman.to move:—“That John Peake be appointed Yaluer of Mining Property within the County of Westland for the ensuing year, in aecordance with the provisions of the Rating Act and its amendments.” 3. The Chairman to move:—“That the Council agrees to carry out the future maintenance of roads, in respect to which works ‘ are being completed under Government grants now being authorised.” 4. Cr. Donovan to move*.—'“That the Wataroa-Bluff track he cleared and repaired, at a cost not exceeding £12.”
