The “New York Times” announces that an international agreement Is being negotiated between the Imperial Airways and the Pan-American Airways respectively, and most of the important, aviation systems in the United States, having in view a trans-Atlan-tic air mail service, and eventually an express service between the two countries. The first link will he between the United States and Bermuda.
