Sung) stated lie lias been transferred to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at Nanking and is to be succeeded in Australia by Kwei Chili, formerly Consul in New Zealand. Sung denies lie is dismissed for insubordination, being removed at bis own request owing to his wife’s health. ACCUSED OF FRAUD. SYDNEY, November 13. Gordon Crawford, aged 23 years, a chemist, was to-day ordered by a Magistrate, Air Perry, to be extradited to New Zealand, where a charge of having obtained one hundred sterling fx-om Herbert Steadman as agent tor the New Zealand Petrol Coy, by false pretences, will be heard. A previous cable stated the charge was that Crawford claimed to have a formula, for making petrol.
