START CLUB IN WELLINGTON. <l4y Telegraph—Press Association) WELLINGTON, November 13. The establishment of <i Reform Club in Wellington marks a new development in political and social, activities in the city. A large number assembled to-day for the opening ceremony. Mr H. G. Johnstone, Chairman of the Foundation Committee, presided and Mr Coates declared the club open, and in an address emphasised the wide nature of the Reform Party’s membership, which', lie said, embraced all classes of the community, lie hoped this club would provide facilities for all sections to meet and discuss various aspects of political life, giving the club the attributes of the great political clubs in Britain.
