ALLEGED INFAMOUS CONDUCT. (Australian Press Association.) SYDNEY, November 12. The Medical Board of New South Wales, sitting as an open court, has completed an inquiry into the comment made by Justice Davidson, on Doctor Chisholm Boss, when giving judgment in the Massey will case. Dr. Boss was charged with being guilty of infamous conduct in a professional respect, in that he made a grossly unreliable report on the mental condition of the late Gerald Massey. Judgment will lie given next week.
