STILL, THEY COME. Successful flights by aeroplane fr.ua England to Australia are in danger of becoming almost a common-place, and already public interest, which in the past has probably been the great stimulus to such feats, is waning. Mr Oscar Garden’s arrival outside Wyndham appears to have left the handful of inhabitants of that out* post of civilisation unmoved. . They have grown, used to the roar of aero* planes overhead, to visitors, who descend from the skies with greasy faces, a toothbrush and a request for a cigarette.
