A POOR OUTLOOK
FOR PUPILS LEAVING SCHOOL

AUCKLAND, November 11
The employment prospects of a large number of school pupils leaving school this year is causing much concern in Auckland.
The Secretary of the Employers’ Federation says that there are no openings in trades, and the only outlook for youths leaving school is farming. He believed that more boys would go on the land if there were better prospects of their being able to take up land themselves some day.
