HONG KONG, November 9
Mrs Bruce arrived here on Sunday afternoon. A strong head wind yesterday delayed her flight m»n Hanoi. She had to land yestereve at Fort Bayard on an aerodrome too small to allow her to re-ascend with a heavy load. This had to he lightened and the machine flown a level stretch of country whence she took off this morning. She leaves to-morrow for Amoy. AIRMEN MISSING. (Received this day at 8 a.m.) VANCOUVER., November 8. Two air pilots, John Burke and Frank Dorbrandt; also two companions are missing in the snowbound northern Canadian wastes. Searches are organizing but the worst is feared. Dorbrandt formerly flew with Kielson.
GARDEN’S MOVEMENTS
SYDNEY, Nov. 10
The airman, Garden, has left for Melbourne. He intends flying to Perth and returning to Sydney in about six weekjra when lie will take a steamer to New Zealand. 'Garden said while he is eager to see old friends in Now Zealand as soon as possible, ho did not think it practicable for a one engined machine to cross tho Tasman.
