LEADING CONTRACTOR’S END

CHRISTCHURCH, Nov. 4. Horace Rosindale, aged’ 50, building contractor, of -Christchurch, has been missing from his home and place of business since Monday morning. His body was found this evening at the foot of the Scarborough Cliffs at Sumner. His coat and hat were found on the top of the cliff.

The police were unable to recover the body owing to a heavy sea swell making an approach to the rockjs from the sea impossible. Rosindale had been in bad health and low spirits for some time. He luul been recently elected President of the Canterbury Builders’ Association.
