CANBERRA, Oct. 30.

The Federal Labour Caucus to-day agreed to the reduction of the salaries of members by ten per cent, and a reduction of the Ministers’ salaries by fifteen per cent. Both House of the Federal Parliament met formally to-day. The House of Representatives adjourned until next Wednesday, and the Senate until November 12, after feeling reference -had been made to the deaths of two ex-Minilster, Sir Neville House and Sir James McKay.

In the Federal House of Representatives, speaking on the -Acting-Pre-mier, .Mr Fenton’s motion for a wefek’s adjournment.
