Gtaik, of negligently driving a motor lorry and thereby causing the death of Arthur Brother, the Foreman of the Jury, said that he would-like to submit lowing rider: “That as there, are apparently a number of motor'vehicles on the road that :,’are a. menace to their drivers and the public generally, we recommend that a stricter supe-i----vision of braking system be enforced. In inflicting a fine of £SO on the prisoner, Judge Kennedy said: Tt is a. valuable rider which the Jury has nddefl to its verdict. It will he communicated by me to the authorities who are charged with the duty of pmserving public safety upon roads.
