MAN CHARGED

WITH MURDERING HIS. DAUGHTER. SYDNEY, October 30. William Schubert .has been committed for trial on the charge of murdering his daughter near Newcastle. Where the remains of the girl, aged 14, were found in a secluded place, months after she had been reported to have been brought by her father to a Maternity Home in Newcastle.

The' prisoner told the police that the girl drank poison while he was sitting on a cliff with her. He stayed all night with her, and then he covered the body with bushes. Afterwards lie had informed the family that the girl was being cared for by people whose name he had forgotten.
