DISAGREES WITH MELBOURNE CONFERENCE'. (Australian Press Association.) / .Received this day at 8 a.m.) CANBERRA Oct. 28. Meetings of the Federal Cabinet and also the caucus, began to-day. There is the strictest secrecy. New South Wales members attacked other members of the Cabinet for associating 'themselves with the Melbourne agreement. The caucus resolutioned the rejection of the tariff and industrial policy propounded by Sir O. Niemeyer at Melbourne conference, which wa,s described as an unwarranted interference with the domestic affairs of the Commonwealth.
