ATTACKS ON OFFICERS. [United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. ] DELHI, October 26. Violent attacks are reported on military officers. Europeans were also hissed, booed and stoned m Belgaum, on the border of Sanghi state. There is considerable disquiet over the leniency of the civil authorities, but it is generally believed these attacks on military officers will spur the authorities to take a decisive step. Meanwhile Poona military authorities are curbing disloval activities in Poona and Kirkee Cantonments.
