BY Order in Council, made and issued by His Excellency the Governor-General in Council on the 6th day of October 1930, under the authority of the above Act, it was determined that, the duty by way of land-tax leviable under the said Act should be paid in one sum on Friday, the 7th day of November. 1930, at the office of the' Commissioner of Taxes, Government Buildings, Wellington and. in accordance with such Order in Council, I hereby give notice that, the said duty will be payable accordingly.
