King Fuad lms signed a new electoral law, whereby both of the Egyptian Chambers have been automatically adjourned indefinitely. A new Constitution will lie promulgated by loyal decree to-day. Premier Sulky Pasha has taken elaborate precautions against riots. .Egyptian troops paraded the principal Cairo streets in force yesterday, but the, British troops here remained in their barracks. They will only le called on if the Egyptian forces are unable to protect the Europeans.
, The ex-Promier and Nationalist Leader, Naluis Pasha, ahs repeatedly called on his followers to sacrifice their liyes and possessions in defence of the present Egyptian constitution.
