THEFT SENTENCE.

He was committed’ for -sentence. One householder gave, evidence that when she returned after an absence she heard drawers being opened. She went into a bedroom- and a man came out holding one hand in front of his face. He grabbed her wrist, but she freed' herself. The man then escapd. She identified the accused.
