CONTROL OF CYCLING, NEW ZEALAND BOARD FORMED. TIM ARC, Oct. 16. Arrangements have been completed by which a Now Zealand Board of Control has been set up to govern both amateur and professional cycling. 'Representative* appointed by the New Zealand Athletic and Cycling Union and the Amateur Athletic . Association nuet and approved of the draft constitution. Air J.
