New Zealand Railway Tradesmen’s Association at the Conference which is sitting .n Wellington: “That this conference is of the opinion that any combine lor the purpose of price fixation of any retail goods, is a pernicious attack on the purchasing power of salaries and the wages of workers.” The Executive Council of the Railway Tradesmen’s Association this afternoon interview the Minister ot Railways when various aspects of the Royal Commission’s report as concerning the workshops staff were discussed, and several other matters of importance were also laid before him. The Minister promisied to give a considered reply as soon as possible.
