ALL SAINTS TENNIS CLUB

ANNUAL MEETING. The annual meeting of the above! Club was held in the All Saints Hall last evening at 7 p.m. The ltev. H. T. W. Knights presided over a good attendance of members and intending members. When the minutes of the previous annual meeting had been read and confirmed, the President submitted the annual report and balance sheet disclosed a very satisfactory financial position. The President dwelt at considerable length With the affairs of the Club as disclosed by the report and congratulated the members <.n their sound position. The report and balance sheet were then received and adopted. ELECTION OF OFFICERS. The election of officers resulted ns follows: — President: —Rev. H. T. W. Knights. Vice-Pres.: —Messrs J). J. Evans, W. E. Williams, H. M. Coulson, J. 13. Ward, (all ye-elected) and W. D. Mackay. i Club Captain:—Mr H. N. Osmem, (re-elected.) Vice-Captain:-—Mr'.J. G. Telfer (reelected.) Treasurer: —Mr J. 13. Ward, (reelected). Secretary:—Mr .7. Rutland. Assistant Seeertarv :—Miss 0. Stapleton, (re-elected.) Committee:—Mrs A. King, Misses A. Stapleton, M. Seebock, M. Evans and Messrs Osiners, Telfer, Preston and A. King. ° Nine, new senior mem bens and fivejunior members were nominated and accepted.

The opening day was fixed for Saturday, October 25th. and a hearty invitation is extended to all members of other clubs to attend. A general discussion on Club matters followed in which many items of interest were elucidated. A hearty vote of thanks to the chair terminated a very successful general meeting.
