DURHAM INCIDENT. DEAN CRITICISES VICAR, (United Press Association—By Klectm telegraph—Oopyngh L LONDON, Oct. 13. The Dean of Durham in a statement said that as far as he was aware, a Priest in the Church of England did not possess the power to refuse to take divine service if certain parishioners to whom lie objected attended. The whole question in its future aspect must naturally be referred to the Bishop. The AG car, Rev. E. A. Alerry weather on the other hand, declares that ho may have to go to kaol, but be is not afraid. Meanwhile those who have been ex-communicated are taking legal advice.
