NEW LORD MAYOR
; ELECTION IN LONDON. LONDON, September 30. Alderman Sir William Phene Neal, a liveryman of the Horners’ Guild, who was recently knighted at the end of his term as sheriff, has been elected Lord Mayor of London. The name of Alderman Sir Stephen Killick was received with the traditional cry of “Next year.”
