A banking group headed by the Chase Securities Corporation will underwrite tlie issue at four per cent for thirty years, which will he offered at a figure which will yield Lire investor four pyint four, to four point nix per cent The proceeds of this loan are for : 1930-1931 refunding operation. T'h Canadian Government jbelieves that the’issue will be sold only in New York and Canada.
