Burwash, a veteran explorer, has returned from the North and states that he is satisfied that all the information which it is humanly. possible to discover regarding the fate of Sir John Franklin and his party, who perished on Arctic Islands 1 off the mainland of Canada more than eighty years ago lias teen gleaned. He has brought hack with him a number of relies of the ill-fated party, consisting of a fragment of a canvas tent, pieces of naval broadcloth, rope and,the rusted Ihladq of a knife.
