SYDNEY, 'Sept. 25
Three icleotrical companies:—Australian General Electric Coy., Ltd.. Ferguson Parliu Ltd., and Metropolitan .Vickers Austral i a Proprietory Ltd., , have, decided to combine tor manufacturing purposes in Australia. The new company will be known as the Australian Electrical Manufacturing Coy., with a capital ot eight hundred thousand sterling. The effect is stated to be. the pooling of works and materials to eliminate unessential plants and overhead costs.
