POLICE DISCOVERIES

DELHI, September 22,
Punjab police ]iard on the track of terrorists, discovered a factory containing 20 bombs, besides material for their manufacture. The police also found on the banks of the river Vavi, 'the skeleton of a man in a grave, obviously hastily' dug. The police believe these are the remains of Thomas Bhagwanti Charan, second in command of Punjab terrorists, who has been wanted by the police for two years for conspiracy. It is believed that bombs exploded in his hands while tests were being made.
TINFOIL WRAPPING
DANGEROUS FOR CHEESE
LONDON, Sept. 23. Cheese that'is wrapped in tinfoil might be dangerous, according to a report received by the Minister ol Health, which states - that several wrapped cheese samples were analysed but in no single case were they free from,.contamination by the tin. The Minister adds that cheese manufacturers will he well advised to prevent the actual contact ol the cheese, and the tinfoil by using greasy proof, paper or other means, ■' HILL CO. - • •> GIFT TO THE EMPIRE.
