A ballot on the same subject is now being taken in Victoria. LADY HAY’S ESTATE. (Received this day at 8 a.m.) SYDNEY,' September 23. Probate was granted on the will of Lac|y Hay, late of North Sydney, whose estate was £94,505 sterling. Among the bequests are one thousand sterling each to her godchildren. The residue is left upon trust in equal shares to Minnie Sinclair of Auckland, Bruce Gillies of Timaru, Ida Bruce, formerly of Auckland, Madge Clerk, wife of Duncan Clerk, Auckland, Mary Wills formerly of Auckland, Doctor Sinclair Gillies, Anna Shirley and Jessie Arthur, of Sydney and John Bruce of ; Berry.
