INTERNATIONAL , RELATIONS. “There has been a remarkable growth in international friendship and understanding since the last, conference was held two years ago,” figid Miss E. M. Moore, secretary of the Australian delegation to the’ PanPacific Women’s Conference, and secretary of the Women’s International League for Peace and'Freedom (Australia), in ail interview at Auckland. “The signing of the Kellogg Pact, the extended activities of the League of Nations, and the recent Naval Conference in London have been a great influence for good. A great deal has also been done in the Pacific by the Institute of Pacific Relations and the Pan-Pacific Union 'in the dissemination of new ideals in international understanding.”
