AUCKLAND, September 20

Arrangements have been made between* the New Zealand Newspapers Ltd., and the Sun Newspapers Ltd., under which the Hornier company 'lias purchased the building, plant, copyright and goodwill of “The Sun,” Auckland, i “The Sun” ceases publication from to-day as a separate paper, and from Monday it will he incorporated in tlie “Auckland Star.” The Sun Newspapers Ltd will continue to publish “The Sun,” Christchurch, which is not in any way affected by the realisation ol the Company’s assets in Auckland.
