PARACHUTIST KILLED

BRUSSELS, September 21.

For the purpose of demonstrating the use of three parachutists, a parachutist jumped from an aeroplane at three thousand feet at an aviation display. He dropped a few hundred feet and released the first, and a little after released the second. When at a thousand feet, lie released the third, which did not open, and he fell like a stone, his body being buried in the ground in front of the onlookers. A mail plane from Amsterdam landing simultaneously nearly capsized, a wheel striking the body.
