CHARGES AT SYDNEY
(Australian Press Association) SYDNEY, Sepember 19.
The trial is proceeding of four officials of the Australian Federal Life and General Assurance Compasy on a charge of conspiracy 'to defraud the policy holders (as reported on April 25th). The accused are Vivian Partridge, James Cochrane, Ralph Paul, and Harry Roach. A fifth man, named Albert Smith, was discharged from tlie case, there being no evidence to implicate him.
