PRISONERS SENTENCED. f [By Telegraph, Per Presi Auodation.j • DUNEDIN, This Day. | The following prisoners were senten*| eed by Justice Kennedy: Jj A youth of 21 years, whose name was; suppressed, was ordered, to come’up forf sentence if called, on within 2 yearly for a false declaration under the mar-’’ riage Act. statement shbwed there was no real motive for the false declaration since the parents of both parties were agreeable to the marriage, Albert Harris and Walter-Black, for breaking, entering and (theft, each received 18 months hard labour.
Arthur Edwin Allprers, aged 18, on 6 charges of breaking, , entering and theft was ordered 2$ years Borstal.
