CANCER CURE
A MEDICAL’ STATEMENT

A cure for cancer may be expected In fore long, according to Lord Moynihnn (President of the British Medical Association) who formally opened the Banking Research Institute at Toronto to-day. The institute is named after F. J. Banking, the discoverer of insulin. “So much research is being clone that we may expect some solution of the problem before long,’' JUoynihan said. <T No one can toll when someone will bring' forward a solution. We know much more than we did five years ago, as the result of treatment by radium. There are cases now, I could almost use the word cured, but at any rate, alleviated bv radium treatment, that could not have been a deviated before.” He also prophesised an announcement soon of a cure for Addisons disease, which was at present considered most ferious.
