GERMAN VIEWS. [United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.] (Received this day at 1.0 p.m.) BERLIN, September 10. Chief interest in the elections is now centred in the negotiations of the political leaders with a view to establishing a coalition. All Moderates, including Sociaists, are against National Socialists and the Communisists task is difficult. The Economic Partydoes not believe its financial programme acceptable to Socialists and consequently are prepared to join coalition with National Socialists, whose leaders declare they- will accept the task of forming a Government. Hitler supporters ideas of Government were set out on the eve of the poll to the effect that if returned they would alter Germany’s foreign policy, and discontinue the policy' df perpetually courting the favour of finance. Furthermore they would advocate another strong army and a repudiation of the tributes imposed under the Young Platt.
