At Newark (New Jersey) Prirno Camera knocked out Pat McCarthy, of Boston, after one minute and sixteen seconds bad gone of the second round of a scheduled ten-round contest. Carnera weighed 265 pounds. McCarthy was 214 pounds. McCarthy landed but one blow, a right to the body, in the opening round. Early in the second round Canera sent McCarthy down for a count of nine with a. right to the chin and left to the body. Wien McCarthy arose, Camera smashed a right to the body, knocking McCarthy down and out.
