AIR COMPETITOR. [United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.] (Received this day at 12.25. p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 1. Miss Winifred Spooner, only British competitor in the Round Italy Air Race, was placed fourth in the. final award of planes. Her flight over a strange course in competition with the best Italian airmen and many of other countries is the object of favourable Italian comment. The winner was the veteran Italian ace, Sanchi.
