SIR J. WARD’S WILL
ESTATE OF £337,000

■ -The -actual amount of Sir Joseph Ward’s will, sworn for probate, is £337,000. Probate of the will has been granted by the Supreme Court to his /sdnsj Cyril and Vincent, and Mrs Wood, the executors and trustees under the will. The will is dated 30th August, 1928. It directs his burial at Bluff, the disposal of his correspondence (private, business, or official), and bequeaths caskets, certificates, grants of freedom of cities, diplomas, presentations, and addressee to his children as the trustees think fit.
The will gives £looo ,f -to the Home of Compassion Board, Welllington, and various sump to relatives. The residue of the estate is to, be divided axhong his children',' except that the Ojdest son’s share is greater than the share of each other mem/ber of the family.
