The following bulletin concerning the Earl |Of Birkenhead, was issued yes-; terday: “As Lord Birkenhead is now out of any immediate, danger, further bulletins will not for the moment be issped.' After a very severe attack of f bronchial pneumonia, his heart, is in a jverv exhausted condition, necessitating 1 complete rest and quiet for many' weeks.”
