The 22nd annual report states your Directors submit to the shareholders the annual balance sheet for the year ended BOtli June, 1930, and report a successful • dairying season; Iftfe cream supplied, has increased 41,2-26 pounds; has maintained a high average test and with the satisfactory over-run of 20.]- per cent has yielded eight and a half i tons, of butter more than last season.

Your Directors were successful in negotiating good sales for shipments of export butter to end of March, and also in placing the. balance of the output on the local market at a satisfactory price. With the due payment of one penny-'per pound on . March, April, May and June butter-fat the total payment of fifteen pence on finest grade butter-fat will have been made throughout,, the . season., Your directors recommend' the -payment of three per cent. The “Ruston” CYude-oil Engine installed during the season has proved -a-- success- -in-. redueiiTgr fuel- casts -.and, as all the -installation costs have been paid;,' is., a, very.. asset; to the Shareholders.
