AVIATION TREATY. (United Press Association —By HSleofcri* Telegraph—Copyright) WASHINGTON, Aug. 21. The United States and Canada have entered on a. reciprocal air navigation agreement, paving tlie way for the granting of*licenses.by each country to fliers of the 4 'other 'and for permission for civil aircraft to enter each other’s ten*itores. Each country will also be able to accept certificates of. air worthiness in connection with the aircraftentering either country in the form ol merchandise. Drafts of similar agreements have been proposed and submitted to Britain, the Irish Free State, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
