The C.J.O. meeting is being continued at Riccarton in fine weather. Tnere is a large attendance and the track its good. Hunt Cup.—(l) Tractarian 1, (3) T lira mo a 2, (.6) Kaikalm 3. All started. Won by a length. Time 5.27 4-5. AVoolston. Handicap.—(2) Charmeuse 1, (3) Desert Song 2, (6) Blue Paper 3. Scr.—Puuchestown, Night Recital. Won 'by three lengths. Time 1.16 1-5.
Beaufort Steeples.—(2) Kapuna 1, (1) Radiae 2, (3) Matu 3. All started. Won by four lengths. Time 5.21 2-5.
Spreydon Hurdles: — (5) Membo 1; (1) Paris 2; (3) Gay Fashion 3. Scr. Mountain Guide, Deluge, Airforce. Won by half a length. Time 3.21 1-5. The Stewards reversed the placing in the Spreydon Hurdles, Paris first, Membo second. Grand National Hurdles: —(2) Carinthia 1; (8) Aurora Borealis 2; King s Jest 3. Scr. Fine Acre, Craigmore.
