This is due to there being a growing impression that Australia’s financial problems are bein'.' disentangled. It adds: —“We have idl along contended that Sir Otto Nielneyed would not proceed on such a mission unless the Bank of England and he felt reasonably confident thal the difficulties were superable. and could be overcome by a combination of experience and economy.”
