Machine guns are guarding the main streets and public building®, while armed police and Europeans are patrolling the City. Two companies of Indian’lnfantry are proceeding to the City of Hyderabad. Rioting has again broken out. There are many cases of robbery with violence occurring is scheduled parts of the City. The victims in most cases have beeri refugees from the floods, who at present are living, in the streets and open spaces.
