(By Telegraph—-Press Association) THE HOUSE. WELLINGTON, Aug; 5. In the House of Representatives the Nurses and Midwives Registration Bill (Hon. Stall worthy) was read a second time pro forma and referred to the Health Committee. The Budget debate was continued by several members and was interrupted by the adjournment of the House at 10.30 p.m.
