DELAYS SHIPPING. (Aifstrfilian Press Association) (Received this day at- 111 a.m.) SYDNEY, Aug. 5. Galqs on the bigli seas continue to lie experienced off New South Wales coast and shipping is hampered. A number of vessels are sheltering along the coast. The Tahiti, which is two .days late, encountered very bad seas. A wireless from the- Maungamu stated she was battling with a strong south-westerly, and her arrival would be delayed until the afternoon.
