A ROUGH EXPERIENCE, (By Telegraph—Per Prew Association GISBORNE, August 2, 4fi Encountering a strong southerly gale off Castle Point on Sunday afternoon July 27th, the steamer Kahika bound from Gisborne to Dunedin, was unable to make headway owing to shortage of coal.
