SCHOOL DISQUALIFIED

(Australian Press Association) (Revived this day at 9.40 a.m.) SYDNEY, Aug. 2. It was announced yesterday that Sydney High School, winners of the last head of the river race were to have the title taken from them. Sydney Grammar School were also disqualified. in spite of the fact that the school did not have a crew in the limns, 'flie action is said to have followed a secret report by a committee of great public school masters on the alleged irregularities in schoo h training methods. The title head of the river goes to St. Joseph’s College. This decision, however, is to be reviewed next week.

Now Sydney High School lias announced its retirement from the great public school sport activities until the good name of the famous school is cleared.
